1. Manchester United 30-21-3-6
6. Liverpool 30-15-6-9
The above are details shown regarding the matches both teams had played during the English Premier League. For those who have little knowledge on football, they will deem the above results as impossible as normally the 'real' Liverpool who was supposed to be above the champion league.
This is the biggest match in the whole season that every single fan of Manchester United and Liverpool has been waiting for. Manchester United aims to stretch their lead at the top of the Barclays Premier League against a Liverpool side who is desperate to win in order to secure fourth spot for champion league. Liverpool have been accused by Reira for being a sinking ship due to the poor scoring and for being low in form this season having played 30matches with 15wins, 9 lose and draw 6 matches. Meanwhile, Manchester United had won 21, 3 draws and lost 6 which is not as good as the past 3 seasons where they were granted the winner for E.P.L. However, they are considered to be doing reasonably well overall due to Rooney breaking his record of 30 goals with 32 goals this season.
Manchester United has lose to Liverpool in the past 3 consecutive games which are :
Manchester United (1-2) Liverpool
Liverpool (4-1) Manchester United
Liverpool (2-0) Manchester United
The below shows the form between both teams (which I presume only Football Fanatics would understand)

Will Manchester United keep the home winning record ? Will Liverpool get away winning the record from here? The world’s eyes will be on Wayne Rooney and Fernando Torres who the top scorers for their respective teams.
MANCHESTER TEAM NEWS
Ryan Giggs returns to the Manchester United squad for Sunday's Barclays Premier League match with Liverpool at Old Trafford.
Giggs has missed seven matches since breaking his arm at Aston Villa last month but has returned to training without a problem and is expected to start against Rafael Benitez's men.
Manchester United squad: Van der Sar, Kuszczak, Neville, Rafael, Ferdinand, Vidic, Evans, Evra, Fabio Park, Valencia, Carrick, Scholes, Fletcher, Gibson, Obertan, Giggs, Nani, Rooney, Berbatov, Diouf.
LIVERPOOL TEAM NEWS
Midfielder Alberto Aquilani will be assessed before a decision is taken on whether he can rejoin the squad.
The Italy international missed Thursday’s Europa League victory over Lille(3-0) with a sickness bug but, even if he is passed fit, it is likely he will only get a place on the bench.
Fellow midfielder Maxi Rodriguez returns to the squad having been ineligible for Europe and only Martin Skrtel (foot) and Fabio Aurelio(thigh) are missing with injury.
Liverpool squad: Reina, G.Johnson, Agger, Carragher, Insua, Mascherano, Kuyt, Gerrard, Rodriguez, Torres, Babel, Ngog, Benayoun, Aquilani, Cavalieri, Kyrgiakos, Spearing, Kelly and Degen.
It is hard to predict which team will be the winner leaving the Old Trafford on 21st March 2010. Some predict that it will be a 2-1 win game either for Manchester United or Liverpool, some predict draw and some even predict that Liverpool will wipe out Manchester United.
To give my two-pence worth of opinion, I will back on Manchester United to win this game. After all, in my opinion, Liverpool has poor defence this season and with a good scoring from that Man-U’s forward Rooney, I think it will be an easy scoring game for Rooney. Rio Ferdinand will be back for a few games and is pairing with Vidic in the central defender. My prediction for this game is Manchester United will be win by 2-1 with Manchester United Rooney and Vidic score while Liverpool will be score by Torres. What will be yours? :)
Good luck to everyone and let’s wait to watch the exciting and biggest game for this season!
